Anthony DeVontenno

Executive Director

Anthony DeVontenno is a graduate of Eastern New Mexico University. He earned his B.A. in Business Management where he also went on to earn his MBA. He served as board president from 2018-2021 before becoming the executive director. He also earned his degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University and also has his PPL-IR.
Anthony was inspired when Dental Care in Your Home provided care to his father, a 20-year Army Veteran. Anthony is dedicated to help homebound and special needs patients with dental care. Additionally, he has successfully passed the DANB to be able to work as a dental assistant in the field to help Dental Care In Your Home fulfill its mission.

Shelly Fritz, DDS

Shelly Fritz is the current Board President at Dental Care in Your Home. She also volunteers as a dentist to help and treat the organizations patients.

Cassie Sandoval

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Cassie is a graduate of the CNM accredited dental assistant program. Cassie first came to DCIYH as a student to fulfill her clinical hours. Cassie is our first hire from the CNM Dental Program.

Starla Montoya, RDH

Dental Hygienist
  Starla Upchurch Montoya RDH, BS was born In Tennessee but moved to New Mexico when she was eight. She graduated with a Bachelor in Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico in 2000. She is a member of the Sigma Phi Alpha Honor Society and was awarded the Irene Navarre Scholarship and the Outstanding Achievement Award in Dental Hygiene from UNM.
    Starla took her first opportunity working as a dental hygienist in the underserved area of Lordsburg, NM. She later moved back to Albuquerque and has worked for both adult and pediatric practices for the last 23 years. She has also volunteered for New Mexico Missions of Mercy.
   Starla is married and has two children. She enjoys hiking with her husband dogs and kids, reading and spending time serving with her church family.
